# Discover FAQ (/akashi/faq)

## How is Discover different from Akashi Vaults? [#how-is-discover-different-from-akashi-vaults]

Discover provides comparison and supported tools for individual positions. Akashi Vaults pools your USDC into a managed vault with Senior and Junior shares. [Compare the paths](/akashi).

## Does a listing mean Akashi supports deposits? [#does-a-listing-mean-akashi-supports-deposits]

No. A listing can supply information even when an action is not available in the interface. Check the opportunity’s current controls and external rules.

## Does an A grade mean an opportunity is safe? [#does-an-a-grade-mean-an-opportunity-is-safe]

No. A is a relative category in Akashi’s model. It is not an insurance policy, a licensed rating or a probability of loss. [Methodology limitations](/akashi/methodology-limitations) explains the boundaries.

## Why is an opportunity not rated? [#why-is-an-opportunity-not-rated]

The scoring model covers supported stablecoin opportunities. An out-of-scope or insufficiently supported item should not be treated as low risk simply because it has no grade.

## Are displayed rates guaranteed? [#are-displayed-rates-guaranteed]

No. They depend on sources and market conditions and can change. Read the basis and period of each figure. An annualised estimate is not your realised return.

## Why does my portfolio look unchanged after a transaction? [#why-does-my-portfolio-look-unchanged-after-a-transaction]

Confirmation and refreshed data can arrive at different times. Check the signature, network and address before retrying. A view can also omit unsupported positions.

## Does Akashi sign for me? [#does-akashi-sign-for-me]

The backend does not sign user transactions. Your wallet does. The vault executor is a separate service with bounded vault permissions.

## Where do I get help? [#where-do-i-get-help]

Use [troubleshooting](/resources/troubleshooting), then the [feedback form](https://akashi.finance/feedback). Security issues follow the [security reporting instructions](/resources/security).
